Manufacturer's warranty
All solar panels, batteries, inverters and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The duration and exact terms are set by each manufacturer and vary by brand and product — the specific coverage is stated on the product, its box, or the documentation supplied with it.
We supply genuine equipment so that warranty stays valid, and we keep your purchase on record to make any future claim easier.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or work by third parties.
- Normal wear, and damage from events outside normal operating conditions.
Making a claim
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description (and photos, if relevant). We'll help you assess the fault and process the claim with the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
