Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and how refunds work.
Return window
Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Items that cannot be returned
- Made-to-order or custom-configured systems, once production has begun.
- Items that have been installed, used, or physically damaged after delivery.
- Cut cabling, fuses and other consumables.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Faults covered by manufacturer warranty are handled under the Warranty policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. Questions: [email protected].
