Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Joshville Global website and app and any purchase you make. By using our services you agree to them.
Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and, where applicable, payment is verified. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable — and will refund any amount paid in that case.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable charges as stated at checkout. Payment is taken securely via Paystack, where you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. We verify every payment server-side before fulfilling an order.
Made-to-order items
Some systems are built to order and show a lead time on the product page. These are available to purchase; "made to order" is not "out of stock". Lead times are estimates and may vary with supply.
Installation
Where installation is included or purchased, scheduling and site requirements will be agreed with you. Safe access to the installation site and an accurate description of your power needs are your responsibility. Equipment remains covered by its manufacturer's warranty (see the Warranty policy).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Lagos State.
